Lysis iDTV Digital Business Solutions

Lysis iDTV enables broadcasters, network operators, content aggregators, and other DTV service providers to seize control of their technology environment, handle more programmes in a variety of formats, and generate new revenues by adding interactivity and other enhanced features. Lysis iDTV reduces technological complexity, saves time and money, and prevents errors. But above all, Lysis iDTV is about maximizing revenue.

Lysis Service Applications provide a graphical user interface (GUI) for managing and controlling the business functions required for successful DTV broadcast.

The Lysis Central Repository is used by the Service Applications to maintain program and services information, the schedule, and business rules.

The Lysis Notification Center ensures communication and synchronization of all Lysis applications, and most importantly, external systems. Lysis Agents interface the Lysis Notification Center with critical external systems such as conditional access, video servers, archiving systems, EPG/SI generators, subscriber management systems, data carousels, interactive service platforms and other applications.

Lysis Business Solutions are implementations comprising subsets of all these modular elements, running on the Lysis iDTV Operating Platform.
