Operation Support Systems

Cramer Systems Limited

Dimension

Dimension revolutionizes the design and provisioning of telecoms services across multi-vendor, multi-technology networks. For the first time, telcos have the means to achieve flow-through provisioning of a wide range of facilities-based services.

Supporting a comprehensive inventory of logical and physical resources, Dimension maintains an end-to-end view of network capacity, its use and availability to support new services. Powerful service delivery modules exploit this information and allow telco-specific business rules to be encapsulated into Dimension. In this way, the logical and physical network resources required to implement a particular service profile may be automatically identified and assigned. The resulting network configuration data can be passed to workflow management and network activation systems for implementation.

Dimension can be rapidly deployed into an existing operational environment. Its open architecture readily facilitates integration with a wide range of OSS applications, including subscriber management, trouble ticketing, workflow, network, and performance management systems.

Dimension is currently being used by some of the fastest growing wireline, cellular and convergent operators in Europe to support and streamline their service delivery, assurance, and capacity management processes.
