Traffic Data Collection and Engineering (TDC&E)

TDC&E is a fully integrated enterprise traffic data collection analysis and reporting system offering carrier-class, multi-technology, vendor-independent (MTVI) network data traffic solutions for switched network environments. TDC&E can provide comprehensive analysis of MTVI networks such as PBX, Cellular, ATM/Frame Relay, Voice, AIN, SS7 STP/SCP, and other network elements.

Further, TDC&E provides revenue protection and enhancement by offering a powerful and flexible suite of data analysis and reporting features. These features enable service providers to reduce expenses, while simultaneously maintaining and improving the QoS levels across the user's mixed-use switching domains. Service providers can show their customers hard data on the customer's usage patterns, forecast switch exhaustion, and pinpoint areas where operational improvements can be achieved and day-to-day administrational efficiencies enhanced.

TDC&E offers seamlessly integrated, near real-time traffic data collection, analysis, and engineering solutions for a comprehensive range of switching network technologies. Due to its distributed, highly scaleable, modular component-based architecture, advanced rules-based NE type editor, and object oriented approach, TDC&E can provide solutions to switching environment operations of all sizes and complexities.
